COVID-19: Over 22,000 Health Workers Vaccinated In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 vaccine was administered to 22,364 health workers against the target of 21,304 in Odisha at a rate of 105% on Saturday.

The vaccination was carried out in targeted 224 sessions in 24 out of total 30 districts of the state on the day, according to latest report o

f the Information and Public Relations department.

As many as 14 districts reported above 100% vaccination. Keonjhar district witnessed highest rate of 121.7% vaccination, followed by Sonepur with 119.7% and Bhadrak 116.8%. Balangir registered the lowest 50% vaccination on the day.

No case of Adverse Events Following Immunisation (AEFI) was recorded at any place.
