COVID-19 Recoveries Slide Below 100 In Odisha Again

Bhubaneswar: The recovery figure of COVID1-19 again fell below 100 as 81 patients recovered from the disease and were discharged from hospitals on Wednesday.

While 83 patients had recovered on Monday, the figure was 109 on Tuesday, according to Health and Family Welfare department.

Of the day’s recoveries, 13 were from Khurda district, 10 from Sundargarh, 7 from Balasore, 5 each from Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Nuapada and Sambalpur.

The recoveries from other districts are as follow:

4 each from Cuttack, Puri and Sonepur

3 from Rayagada

2 each from Ganjam, Jajpur and Mayurbhanj

1 each from Angul, Balangir, Deogarh, Jagatsinghpur, Kalahandi, Kendrapada and Keonjhar

3 from State Pool

The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 3,33,220 as the positive tally touched 3,35,889 with 92 new cases reported in the last 24 hours.
