Jagatsinghpur: The district court complex here from the road connecting Charchika Bazar to Chandura has been declared as a containment zone for seven days till September 27.
The decision was taken after detection of 10 COVID-19 positive cases.
There will be no movement of people and vehicular traffic on this stretch. All inhabitants of the area have been asked to remain home. Shopping complex, government and private institutions within the boundary wall of the contained area will also remain closed during this period, an official order said.
Teams formed by Jagatsinghpur municipality will ensure supply of essential items and medicines, it added.
