Nabarangpur: With a spike in COVID-19 cases, the district administration has announced three-day complete shutdown.
In an official order, the district collector Dr Ajit Kumar Mishra said the shutdown will remain in force from 5 am of August 8 to midnight of August 10.
However, the essential services will remain open during the shutdown, the collector said.
The district reported as many as 11 new COVID-19 positive cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total cases to 356. With 270 patients recovered from the disease, there are 86 active cases in the district at present.
