Rourkela: After 3 COVID-19 cases were detected in Bisra area, superstitious villagers of Kapranda village performed puja at home to keep the deadly coronavirus at bay.
According to sources, the village women collected the trash from their homes in earthen pots after the puja and disposed it outside their village.
The villagers believed that by disposing of the trash, they would be able to restrict the entry of the deadly virus into their village.
