COVID-19: Surge In Local Contact Cases Triggers Concern In Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhadrak: The COVID-19 tally in Bhadrak district rose to 547 on Monday with 25 fresh cases being reported in the last 24 hours.

Among them, 22 are local contacts and three institutional quarantine cases

The highest of 12 cases have been reported from Bhadrak Municipality and two each from Bonth and Bhandaripokhari blocks. One among the local contact cases has been shifted to SUM COVID Hospital and another two to Jajpur COVID Hospital, the district administration tweeted.

With two deaths and 399 recoveries, the Bhadrak district now has 146 active cases.
