COVID-19 Tally Breaches 2500 In Odisha’s Bhadrak, Details Here

Bhadrak: The COVID-19 positive tally in the district went up to 2546 on Saturday with an overnight addition of 76 cases.

According to the district administration, the highest of 23 cases were reported from Bhadrak municipality, followed by 11 from Bhadrak block, 10 from Tihidi block, nine from Basudevpur block, seven from Basudevpur municipality, five from Dhamnagar block and three each from Bonth and Bhandaripokhari blocks. Five patients belong to other parts of the district.

Moreover, Bhadrak sub-collector Pitambar Samal has also tested positive for the virus.

With eight deaths and 1775 recoveries, the district has 763 active cases at present.
