COVID-19 Tally Crosses 24K In Bhubaneswar With 314 New Cases

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive cases in Bhubaneswar went up to 24,288 on Wednesday with the overnight 314 new cases.

Of the new cases, 84 are quarantine and 230 local contacts.

The highest 15 cases were reported from Old Town area followed by 12 from Jharpada, 11 from Laxmisagar, 10 from Unit-VI, 9 each from Baramunda, Saheed Nagar and Rashulgarh, 8 from Khandagiri, 7 from Unit-IX, 6 each from Chandrasekharpur, Bomikhal, Tankapani Road and Nayapalli, 5 each from Badagada, Unit-VIII and Patrapada and 4 each from Jagamara, Kalinga Vihar, Shailashree Vihar and Patia.

On the other hand, 354 patients have recovered from the disease.

With 105 deaths and 20,571 recoveries, Bhubaneswar has 3531 active cases at present.
