Jeypore: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha’s Koraput district touched 1808 on Sunday with an overnight addition of 95 positive cases.
According to the district administration, 34 are local contact cases while 57 are direct contacts of previous patients. Another four had travel history. Three are Andhra Pradesh returnees while one is a Kalahandi returnee.
The highest of 25 have been reported from Narayanpatna block, followed by 21 from Koraput municipality, 15 from Laxmipur block, 11 from Sunabeda municipality, seven from Bandhugaon, five from Jeypore municipality, four from Lamtaput, two each from Semiliguda and Borigumma, and one each from Koraput block, Kotpad, and Kundar.
