Jeypore: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha’s Koraput district touched 1902 on Monday with an overnight addition of 94 positive cases.
According to the district administration, six are local contact cases while 84 are direct contacts of previous patients. Another four had travel history – West Bengal, Bangalore, Chennai and Rayagada.
The highest of 32 have been reported from Koraput municipality, followed by 14 from Bandhugaon, 12 from Laxmipur block, 11 from Jeypore municipality, six from Koraput block, five from Sunabeda municipality, three each from Dasmantpur and Pottangi, two each from Jeypore block, Kotpad and Narayanpatna, and one each from Nandapur, and Semiliguda.
