Bhubaneswar: COVID-19 positive cases in the Odisha capital rose to 20,885 on Sunday with 317 new ones in the last 24 hours.
Among the new cases, 62 are in quarantine and 255 are local contacts.
While Unit-9 has reported 17 cases, 12 are from Shailashree Vihar, 12 from Unit-8, 11 from Saheed Nagar, 10 from Chandrasekharpur, 8 from Unit-2, 9 each from Nayapalli and Baramunda, 8 each from Unit-2 and Patia, six each from IRC Village, Jharpada and Mancheswar and 4 each from Bapuji Nagar, Bomikhal, Forest Park, Garaja Chhak, Jagamara, Jayadev Vihar, Old Station Bazaar and Unit-3.
On the other hand, 312 patients in the city have recovered.
With 86 deaths and 17,676 recoveries, Bhubaneswar has 3576 active cases.
