COVID-19 Tally Nears 23K In Bhubaneswar With 329 New Cases

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive cases rose to 22,878 in Bhubaneswar on Saturday with the overnight addition of 329 new cases.

Among the new cases, 110 are quarantine and 219 local contacts.

While Chandrasekharpur area has the maximum of 14 cases, Nayapalli and Patia have 12 cases each followed by 11 from Mancheswar, 9 each from Dumduma and Old Town, 8 each from Jharpada, 7 from Baramunda, 6 each from Acharya Vihar and Unit-IV, 5 from Rasulgarh and 4 each from VSS Nagar, Bhimpur, Bomikhal, Jagamara, Hansapal and Pokhariput.

On the other hand, 341 patients have been cured of the disease.

With 100 deaths and 19,255 recoveries, the capital city has 3502 active cases at present.
