Bhubaneswar: The toll of COVID-19 pandemic went up to 1245 on Sunday with 16 more patients succumbing to the disease in the state in the last 24 hours.
The deaths due to the disease were reported from 9 districts. While Dhenkanal, Angul, Sundargarh and Balasore districts besides Bhubaneswar saw two deaths each, 1 each died in Ganjam, Malkangiri, Puri, Konjhar and Gajapati districts.
The Health and Family Welfare department has released the following list of the deceased:
1.A 70-year old male of Ganjam district who was also suffering from Hypertension & Diabetes Mellitus.
2.A 62-year old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from CKD.
