Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 death toll in Odisha rose to 813 on Monday with 16 more patients succumbing to the infection in the last 24 hours.
While Balasore district has reported three deaths, two each have been reported from Bhubaneswar, Mayurbhanj and Puri and one each from Cuttack, Ganjam, Kalahandi, Kandhamal and Nabarangpur district.
The Health Department has identified the deceased as:
1. A 55-year-old male from Balasore district who was suffering from Diabetes & Hypertension.
2. A 65-year-old female from Balasore district.
3. A 63-year-old male from Balasore district who was suffering from hypertension.
4 A 78-year-old male from Bhubaneswar who was suffering from diabetes & hypertension & post-coronary artery bypass grafting status.
5. A 63-year-old female from Bhubaneswar who was suffering from diabetes & hypertension.
6. A 66-year-old male from Balangir district.
7. A 67-year-old male from Cuttack district.
8. A 61-year-old male from Dhenkanal district who was suffering from diabetes.
9. A 55-year-old female from Ganjam district who was suffering from diabetes.
10. A 45-year-old female from Kalahandi district.
11. A 63-year-old male from Kandhamal district who was suffering from diabetes & hypertension.
12. .A 70-year-old female from Mayurbhanj district.
13. A 40-year-old male from Mayurbhanj district.
14. A 54-year-old male from Nabarangapur district who was suffering from chronic kidney disease.
15. A 65-year-old male from Puri district.
16. A 79-year-old male from Puri district.
