Bhubaneswar: Coronavirus claimed five more lives in Odisha in the last 24 hours, taking the toll t
o 1,794 on Thursday.
Of the five new deaths, one each is from Khurda, Balangir, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Sundergarh districts.
The Health Department has identified the deceased as:
- A 70-year-old female of Balangir district.
- A 53-year-old male of Khurda district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Rheumatic heart disease.
- A 70-year-old male of Keonjhar district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
- A 70-year-old female of Mayurbhanj district who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.
- A 66-year-old male of Sundargarh district who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension.
