Bhubaneswar: As many as 12 COVID-19 positive cases were reported from the city in the last 24 hours.
Four of the new cases are from quarantine centres and 8 through local contacts, according to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.
Of the local contact cases, 2 are from Lewis Road and one each from Ghatikia, Forest Park, Old Town, Palasuni, Unit III and Unit VIII.
Sixteen patients have been cured of the disease in the last 24 hours.
Total 31,732 people have been infected by coronavirus in Bhubaneswar so far, of which 31,267 have recovered. There have been 243 deaths while the number of active cases is 201 at present.
