Bhubaneswar: The State Capital reported 21 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday. Among the new cases, 4 are quarantine and 17 local contacts.
Of 17 local contacts, 4 cases were reported from Bhimtangi, 2 each from Sailashree Vihar and Unit-9, and one each from BJB Nagar, Bomikhal, Chandrasekharpur, Jharpada, Kalinga Nagar, Khandagiri Area, Rasulgarh, Vani Vihar and Old Town.
On the other hand, 39 patients are cured of the disease.
Out of a total of 31,634 cases and 31,129 recoveries, Bhubaneswar so far has 240 deaths and 244 active cases.
