Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive cases in Odisha rose to 1,75,550 on Saturday with 4209 new cases in all 30 districts in the last 24 hours.
Among the new cases, 2441 are from home and institutional quarantines and 1768 are local contacts.
While Khurda district continued to lead the chart with 663 cases, Cuttack has reported 491 followed by Puri (326), Balasore (183), Jajpur (176), Sambalpur (154), Jagatsinghpur (146), Kendrapada (123), Sundargarh (121), Bargarh (116), Koraput (114), Angul (109), Mayurbhanj (107), Kandhamal (102), Nabarangpur (102), Rayagada (92), Kalahandi (90), Sonepur (83), Dhenkanal (80), Jharsuguda (80), Balangir (78), Keonjhar (72), Ganjam (65), Malkangiri (63), Boudh (55), Nuapada (52), Nayagarh (47), Gajapati (43), Bhadrak (43) and Deogarh (23).
Apart from this, the state pool has 210 new cases.
Out of 1,75,550 confirmed cases, the state has 1,37,567 recovered and 37,239 active cases.
