Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID-19 caseload in Odisha continues to remain over 10,000 cases with 11,732 new cases reported from all 30 districts in the last 24 hours on Saturday.
Among the new cases, 6569 are from quarantine and 5163 local contacts. With this, the total positive cases in the state have gone up to 6,12,224.
While Khurda district recorded the highest 1710 cases, followed by Cuttack (870), Angul (700), Sundargarh (641), Sambalpur (538), Balasore (472), Mayurbhanj (418), Nabarangpur (417), Bhadrak (414), Balangir (401), Jharsuguda (391), Puri (390), Jajpur (383), Bargarh (363), Jagatsinghpur (330), Koraput (289), Boudh (277), Kalahandi (274), Nayagarh (261), Ganjam (259), Sonepur (255), Rayagada (245), Nuapada (220), Keonjhar (220), Dhenkanal (153), Malkangiri (145), Kendrapada (139), Deogarh (129), Kandhamal (84) and Gajapati (77).
Besides, the State Pool has 267 cases.
With 5,02,455 recoveries, Odisha now has 1,07,403 active cases.
