Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha went up to 1,58,650 on Tuesday with 3,645 new cases overnight.
Among the new cases reported from all 30 districts , 2,151 were from quarantine centres and 1,494 were local contacts.
Among the districts, Khurda continued to lead the tally with 517 new cases, followed by Cuttack (357), Puri (246), Bargarh (157), Balasore (156), Bhadrak (143), Mayurbhanj (137), Sambalpur (127), Jajpur (116), Sonepur (99), Kandhamal (95), Jharsuguda (91), Jagatsinghpur (95), Koraput (95), Nuapada (90), Nabarangpur (90), Sundargarh (84), Rayagada (79), Kalahandi (79), Kendrapada (75), Dhenkanal (68), Keonjhar (56), Ganjam (46), Angul (39), Balangir (39), Nayagarh (38), Malkangiri (33), Boudh (30), Deogarh (15) and Gajapati (9).
Odisha has 35,928 active cases at present and 1,22,024 patients have recovered so far.
