Bhadrak: Darshan at Aradi Akhandalamani temple in Bhadrak has been restricted after a priest tested positive for COVID-19, informed Bhadrak Sub Collector Pitambar Samal.
The district administration has decided to close the temple for three days from Thursday to check the spread of infection, Samal added.
Sources said the administration has started sanitizing the temple premises. Contact tracing is also underway.
Notably, 34 fresh COVID-19 cases were reported from Bhadrak in the last 24 hours, with total active cases jumping to 237.
