Bhubaneswar: Keeping in mind the possibility of increased incidence of COVID-19 cases among the state’s pediatric population in the near future, the Health & Family Welfare department, Government of Odisha, has set up a committee to consolidate preparedness.
The committee, with DMET Odisha as its chairman, will suggest preparedness measures, including augmentation, training of HR etc.
It will formulate SOP for management of COVID-19 among pediatric population and has to submit the report to the state government at the earliest.
