Bhubaneswar: The upward trend in daily COVID-19 cases continued as the number jumped to 355 from 296 in the last 24 hours, taking the active tally to 2,148 on Thursday.
The state reported 206 cases on Tuesday.
According to the I & PR department, 208 new cases are from quarantine and 147 local contacts. Among them, 80 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

Besides, 14 are from the state pool.
With these cases being detected from 16,619 samples, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) stood at 2.13 % against 1.66 % the previous day.
