COVID Fight: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik Sanctions Rs 10 Crore For Cuttack Municipal Corporation

Cuttack: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday sanctioned Rs 10 crore to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) for COVID management.

The money was sanctioned from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to strengthen the fight against COVID-19 in areas under the CMC limit.

Notably, 269 new COVID-9 positive cases were reported in Cuttack city on Sunday. The number was 478 on Saturday.

Cuttack district registered 587 new COVID positive cases on Monday. On the other hand, CMC was yet to release the number of positive cases in the city on Monday.
