Balasore: The Odisha government has set up a COVID-19 Hospital in Balasore district in association with Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC).
Funded by OHPC, the facility with 120 beds and 12 ICUs is being managed by Jyoti Hospital.
“The standalone, free of cost hospital will treat #COVID19 patients in this part of the state. #OdishaFightCorona,” Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tweeted.
Ten COVID Hospitals are already operational in the state. Two more dedicated hospitals are coming up in Jagatsinghpur and Nabarangpur districts in collaboration with Paradip Port Trust and NALCO respectively.
