COVID Management: Odisha CM Sanctions Rs 20 Crore More For Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday sanctioned Rs 20 crore from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) for COVID-19 management in the Odisha capital.

Prior to this, the Chief Minister had sanctioned Rs 77 crore for the same.

The second phase assistance has been provided to the BMC as Bhubaneswar has the maximum number of COVID hospitals and a large number of patients from outside the city are undergoing treatment here.
