Bhubaneswar: The enforcement squad of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) sealed two shopping malls at Nayapalli in Odisha capital on Thursday.
During a raid, the squad found Vishal Mega Mart and Big Bazaar at Indradhanu Market open with several customers shopping in the malls.
The squad later vacated the malls and sealed them.
Notably, the state government has allowed all shops, except malls, spas and beauty parlours, to reopen in the 10 B-category districts, which include Bhubaneswar, from Thursday.

Utkal Inn Bar and Restaurant at Lewis Road was also sealed by the BMC enforcement squad and Commissionerate Police for violation of COVID Guidelines.
