Jagatsinghpur: With COVID-19 positive cases rising in Jagatsinghpur, the district administration has asked people not to visit government offices till July 31.
However, people may contact through telephone, WhatsApp and email in case of an emergency. Also, anyone can access different departments through social media and lodge complaints in the drop boxes outside the offices.
A complete ban has been imposed on people visiting from hotspot areas. While government employees from other districts cannot enter the Jagatsinghpur district, no one is allowed to enter the hotspot areas without pass.
Essential and healthcare services have been exempted from the restrictions.
-All non-essential movement from hotspot areas to Jagatsinghpur district is strictly prohibited.
-All essential, permitted and medical emergency cases have been kept out of the restriction.
-No one is allowed to commute to and from hotspot areas on daily basis without valid pass
-Officials of Jagatsinghpur district are not allowed to commute from other districts.
-All loaded and unloaded goods carrier vehicles are kept out of the restrictions.
-All passes relating to non-essential movement are to be issued by concerned tehsildars.
