Bhubaneswar: The daily caseload in Bhubaneswar, which had reported a sharp fall on Monday, again went up by 33 per cent with 1151 new cases in the last 24 hours.
The city had reported 864 cases on Monday.
Among the new cases, 184 are in quarantine and 967 are local contacts (81%).
Old Town has the highest with 65 cases followed by Patia (64), Nayapalli (53), Badagada, Jharpada and Dumduma (37 each), Khandagiri (35), Sundarpada (32), Chandrasekharpur (25), Laxmisagar (24), Pokhariput (22), Sailashree Vihar (21), Jagamara (20), Saheed Nagar (19), Baramunda, Rasulgarh and BJB Nagar (16 each), Unit-9 and Bhimtangi (14 each), Unit-3 and Unit-6 (13 each), Mancheswar (12), VSS Nagar and Patrapada (11 each).
With this, the total number of positive cases in the city has now gone up to 63,649.
With 51,056 recoveries, Bhubaneswar has 12,273 active cases.
