Bhubaneswar: Odisha has planned 114 COVID-19 vaccination sessions for Thursday (July 1), out of which 72 will be conducted in Bhubaneswar.
However, the drive will remain suspended in 16 districts.
According to official sources, no vaccination session has been planned for Angul, Balangir, Balasore, Bargarh, Bhadrak, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Ganjam, Jajpur, Jharsuguda, Kandhamal, Kendrapada, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Sonepur and Sundargarh districts.
On Wednesday, 223 vaccination session sites were active of 65 administered Covaxin.
The state has a stock of 19,520 doses of Covishield and the next allocation is expected on July 2.
Odisha, however, has sufficient stock of 3,24,910 Covaxin doses, the official sources stated.
The state has so far administered 1,18,85,407 doses of the COVID vaccines.
