New Delhi: BJP leader and Member of Parliament from Bhopal Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur has tested COVID positive, she tweeted.
“Today, my corona report has come positive. I am under the care of doctors. All those who have come in contact with me over the last 2 days are urged to be alert and also get tested, if required. Praying to the Lord for your health,” she tweeted.
Pragya Singh Thakur swears by Gau-mutra ark’ (cow urine extract), which she says offers protection against lung infections and coronavirus. “‘Gau-mutra ark’ (cow urine extract) of a desi cow keeps us away from lungs infection. I am in a lot of trouble (health issues) but I take the ‘gaumutra ark’ every day. After this, I am not supposed to take any other medicine for coronavirus. I am not affected by coronavirus infection,” she had said last year.
In an interview with India Today TV in 2019, she said that consuming cow urine had helped to cure her cancer.
