Bhubaneswar: A CRPF jawan from Odisha reportedly died due to heart attack in Bihar on Saturday. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
According to reports, the jawan, Amiya Ranjan Shetty of Pipalmadhab village in Jagatsinghpur district, collapsed while on duty at Maheshwari village in Sono block of Bihar.
He was rushed to the nearby hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead. The doctors suspected death was caused by heart attack.
The last rites of the jawan will be performed in his village.
