Bhubaneswar: The Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) on Sunday announced to extend Mo Bus services to three new routes and discontinue one route.
The Mo Bus services will be available on the routes from Baramunda to Konark via Rasulgarh, Master Canteen to Jaydev Pitha and Acharya Vihar to Patia via Niladri Vihar.
The shuttle service at an interval of every 30 minutes from Acharya Vihar to Patia will cover major hospitals in the route. The buses will start plying from September 1, the CRUT stated in a release.
The CRUT has also announced to discontinue the Mo Bus services on route-51 from Baramunda ISBT to Puri Bus Stand due to extremely low ridership from September 1.
Stating that all buses will ply by strictly adhering to COVID guidelines, the CRUT said it is mandatory for all passengers to use face mask during the travel as per its ‘no mask no entry’ rule. Besides, no passenger will be allowed to travel standing in the bus.
