Curbs On People’s Movement To Barabati Stadium On Independence Day

Cuttack: People of the city have been advised not to go to Barabati Stadium for the Independence Day celebration.

An official advisory has stated that all gates of the stadium will remain closed and no gallery will be opened for the public during the celebration. Only officials are allowed to be present in the stadium.

The road in front of the stadium from CB 1 crossing to Club House Chhak gate will be no man’s land on the day of the function. All approach roads to the stadium will remain closed for the public from morning till 11 am, the release stated.

People have been advised not to take the roads from Chandi Chhak, Biju Patnaik Chhak, and Madhusudan Statue Chhak towards Barabati Stadium.
