Bhubaneswar: BJP’s Aparajita Sarangi is leading in Bhubaneswar Lok Sabha seat by 8,584 votes against BJD’s Arup Patnaik, according to the latest counting trends.
In the Millennium City, sitting MP Bhartruhari Mahtab (BJD) is ahead of BJP’s Prakash Mishra by 19,263 votes.
As for the MLA seats, BJD’s Ananta Narayan Jena is leading in Bhubaneswar Central by 5,650 votes.
The Barabati-Cuttack is witnessing a close battle with BJD’s Debashish Samantaray now ahead of Indian National Congress’ Mohammed Moquim, who was ahead by just 185 votes at 1.30 pm.
BJD’s Souvic Biswal is currently leading in Choudar-Cuttack with BJP’s Nayan Kishore Mohanty trailing by 3,914 votes. Similarly, at Cuttack Sadar, Naveen Patnaik’s candidate Chandra Sarathi Behera is leading by 1,799 votes.
