Bhubaneswar: In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Odisha Government on Thursday transferred and posted Cuttack Collector Bhabani Shankar Chayani as Director, Higher Education.
His predecessor, Narahari Sethy, will replace him a
s Cuttack Collector.
Notably, the government had recently effected major reshuffles in the OAS cadre for revision of photo electoral roll.
