Cuttack: The number of COVID-19 cases in Cuttack district went up to 216 on Thursday with seven more persons testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Of the new cases, three are residents of Cuttack city. Two of them had a travel history to Mumbai and one had a travel history to Kolkata.
All three cases were from the temporary medical centre (TMC).
With this, Cuttack now has 96 active cases and reported one death due to the infection so far.
