Cuttack: Police have begun a probe after cyber fraudsters allegedly created a fake WhatsApp account in the name of Cuttack Collector Bhabani Shankar Chayani.
The fraudsters have been seeking money after creating the fake account using the number 7696918151.
Cuttack DCP Pinak Mishra has ordered a probe.
