Cyclone Yaas: 16 More Trains Under ECoR Jurisdiction Cancelled

Bhubaneswar: Sixteen more trains, passing through/terminating at stations under ECoR jurisdiction in Odisha, have been cancelled because of the impending Cyclone Yaas.

This is in addition to cancellation of 74 trains earlier. Thus, 90 trains have been cancelled during the cyclone period.

Following are the latest trains to be cancelled:

* 08047/08048 Howrah-Vasco da Gama-Howrah Special from both directions on May 25

* 08118 Mysore-Howrah Special from Mysore on May 23

* 06598 Howrah-Yesvantpur Special from Howrah on May 25

* 06578 Guwahati-Yesvantpur Special from Guwahati on May 24

* 02516/02515 Agartala-Bangalore Cant-Agartala Special from both directions on May 25

* 07029 Guwahati-Secunderabad Special from Guwahati on May 26

* 06170 Villupuram-Purulia Special from Villupuram on May 26

* 06178/06177 Villupuram-Kharagpur-Villupuram Special from Villupuram on May 25 and from Kharagpur on May 27

* 08645/08646 Howrah-Hyderabad-Howrah Special from Howrah on May 25, 26 & 27, and from Hyderabad on May 24, 25 & 26

* 02878 Ernakulam-Howrah Special from Ernakulam on May 24

* 02846 Yesvantpur-Bhubaneswar Special from Yesvantpur on May 24

* 02860 Chennai-Puri Special from Chennai on May 24
