Bhubaneswar: Odisha is likely to experience heavy and widespread rainfall, ranging from 7 cm to 11 cm, in the next 24 hours under the influence of a cyclonic circulation, which lies over east Jharkhand and adjoining north Odisha, Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar, informed on Wednesday.
According to the MeT office, heavy rain is likely to lash one or two places in Kandhamal, Ganjam, Nayagarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Angul, Cuttack, Dhenkanal and Khurda till 8.30 am on Thursday (June 23).
