Dhenkanal: A gang of five armed dacoits looted cash and ornaments from the house of a CESU employee at Panadua Square under Tumusinga police limits in Dhenkanal district on Saturday night.
According to sources, the miscreants looted Rs 3.5 lakh and 13 grams gold ornaments from the house of CESU employee, Manoj Sahoo.
The dacoits entered the house at around 9.30 pm with arms and looted the house up to 11 pm. They also attacked Manoj when he tried to resist them.
