Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID-19 caseload in the state capital went up again with 375 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours.
The number of fresh positive cases was 339 on Tuesday, 246 on Monday and 287 on Sunday.
Of the latest cases, 75 were from quarantine and 300 local contacts, tweeted Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.
The most number of cases were from Patia (26), followed by 21 from Chandrasekharpur, 13 each from Nayapalli, Sailashree Vihar and AIIMS Nagar, 12 from Khandagiri and 11 from Niladri Vihar.
A total of 384 patients recovered during this period. The city has now 1,476 active cases.
The aggregate caseload in Bhubaneswar has risen to 87,649.
The total number of recoveries has gone up to 85,737 and the death toll is 415.
