Daily COVID-19 Caseload In Odisha Inches Closer To 100

Bhubaneswar: A day after daily COVID-19 caseload fell below 80, Odisha saw 97 more people testing positive for the virus on Wednesday.

These new cases have been reported from 18 districts in the last 24 hours, the I & PR department tweeted.

Among them, 58 are quarantine and 39 local contact cases. Khurda has reported the highest of 14 cases followed by Sambalpur (13) and Sundargarh (11).

  17. Sambalpur: 13
  18. Sundargarh: 11
  19. State Pool: 3

With this, the COVID-19 tally in Odisha has touched 334703. While 334703 have recovered from the disease, the number of active cases stands at 775.
