DAV wins Marine Quest-2017

Bhubaneswar: DAV School clinched the first and second positions while St.Joseph School came third in Marine Quest-2017 organised by Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) of the Ministry of Commerce in the state capital on Saturday.
The initiative was aimed at createing awareness on seafood world, a fledgling sector at the school level. Seafood exports from Odisha is currently at Rs 2,300 crore and expected to grow to almost Rs 10,000 crore by 2022.
More than 33 teams from different schools from the city participated in the competition. The winning team would now proceed to Kochi for All India competition under MPEDA sponsorship.
