Cuttack: The Commissionerate Police on Monday questioned Aparajita Rai, wife of Special Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Court Judge Subash Kumar Behari, who was found dead at his official quarters at CDA Sector-9 in Odisha’s Cuttack City, according to a media report.
A special team of the Commissionerate Police questioned Aparajita at the CDA Sector-9 quarters.
The team is also likely to question Aparajita’s cousin brother Sarbajeet Rai and 11 others, including Behari’s driver, a staff assisting in household works and neighbours, the news report said.
Behari’s mother Tulasi Behari has alleged that her son was murdered by his in-laws. His wife Aparajita and her brother were involved in the crime, she alleged.
