Decapitated Body Of RSP Staffer Found Near Rly Tracks In Odisha’s Rourkela

Rourkela: Decapitated body of an employee of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) was found near the railway track on the premises of the plant in Odisha’s Steel City Rourkela.

The deceased has been identified as Basudev Pradhan (50). A resident of Sector 4D Block, he was working as Master Technician of the Heavy Maintenance Electricals (HME) Department at the RSP since a month, sources said.

While the body along with the severed head has been kept at the morgue of the Ispat General Hospital (IGH), Tangarpali police have launched an investigation to ascertain the circumstances leading to his death.
