After schools and government offices, the Odisha government has declared December 26 (Thursday) as a holiday for bank employees on account of solar eclipse.
The Revenue and Disaster Management Department issued the notification on Tuesday stating that banks and other banking institutions will remain closed on Thursday.
Solar eclipse will begin at 8:20:08 am and end at 11:29:10 am on December 26.
