New Delhi: A Delhi court has ordered registration of an FIR against BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra for allegedly posting a doctored video of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on social media.
In February this year, the AAP had filed a complaint with Delhi Police against Patra for allegedly posting the video. The AAP had demanded action against Patra under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
