New Delhi: The Delhi government on Sunday extended the ongoing lockdown in the city till 5 am of May 31.
Informing this, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said the process of unlocking will be initiated if the daily COVID-19 numbers continue to drop.
The CM underscored the need for caution by adding that the unlock process will also be slow, NDTV reported.
Notably, the lockdown was declared last month as the COVID cases started increasing and reached numbers that left the healthcare system crippled.
