New Delhi: Delhi Metro is likely to restart operations in the National Capital Region (NCR) starting next month in a limited manner, sources in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) told the Indian Express on Monday.
The Delhi Metro will restart with 50 per cent capacity and the air conditioning will have increased fresh air intake, the report said.
However, cinema halls, schools, colleges and swimming pools may not be allowed to reopen and so also, the restrictions will continue on religious, political and social functions, which witness large gatherings of people.
